Job summary

Mace Construct Limited is seeking a senior Accounts Payable leader to oversee day-to-day AP across multiple entities from its Central London offices, with a focus on accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement.

In this role you will manage the AP team, ensure timely payment runs, perform reconciliations, oversee VAT treatment and collaborate with Tax, Treasury and project teams to drive KPIs and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable management and people leadership in automated AP environments.
• Proven ability to design KPIs and manage multi-entity AP operations.
• Experience with Oracle AP and Basware, and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the AP function across multiple entities.
• Lead, manage and develop the Accounts Payable team, ensuring high performance.
• Review aged creditor reports and perform monthly reconciliations against the general ledger.
