Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to warm customer enquiries by phone.
• Discuss customers energy requirements, priorities and budgets.
• Recommend Solar PV, battery storage and EV charging solutions.
• Present product information clearly and engagingly.
• Build relationships throughout the customer journey.
• Manage sales pipeline and follow up opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with marketing and customer service teams for a seamless experience.
• Keep CRM updated with customer details and activity.
• Attend occasional face-to-face customer meetings.
