Job summary

CCS Limited in Birmingham is seeking a skilled maintenance operative to carry out building maintenance, repairs and refurbishments for social housing tenants. You will work to high standards, maintain safety, and follow company procedures.

Requirements include NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, at least 3 years' experience in building maintenance with a carpentry bias, a clean UK driving license and DBS check. You will liaise with residents and colleagues, manage your own jobs and report variations.

Qualifications

• General competence in the given trade.
• NVQ 2 or equivalent.
• General experience in building maintenance, with a bias toward carpentry.
• Punctuality, professionalism, flexibility and working knowledge of Mobile PDA.
