Job summary

AXIS is offering an Renewable Energy Engineering Intern role within Global Energy. You will read loss adjuster reports and extract critical technical and financial data, storing it in a central Excel database used by AXIS Global Energy teams.

The role involves supporting the beta testing of an AI-assisted tool for extracting information from reports and may contribute to developing this tool based on your experience. Students in related disciplines are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Completion of third year of BEng/MEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Renewable Energy/Power Engineering.
• Current students in 4th year or MSc welcome to apply.
• Experience with Excel and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read final loss adjuster reports and extract key technical and financial information.
• Populate a central Excel database accessible to AXIS Global Energy.
• Support beta testing of an AI tool to lift information from reports.
• Contribute to development activities related to the tool as needed.
