AECOM is seeking an Associate Director - Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy to lead delivery on multi-disciplinary renewable energy projects across the UK, Ireland, and beyond. You’ll shape technical strategy, grow the team's capabilities, manage client relationships, and ensure design integrity from feasibility to site supervision.

The role emphasizes leadership, mentoring graduates, and coordinating wind, solar, hydro, and storage schemes within a supportive, hybrid-working environment.

Qualificações

• BEng (Hons) in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Chartered status or actively working towards chartership is preferred.
• CDAE certification is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project delivery and mentor staff, growing the team's technical capabilities.
• Review and generate technical and contractual information from internal and external sources.
• Liaise with clients, manage daily work, and ensure delivery within timescales and budgets.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary design of renewable energy infrastructure.
• Act as Lead Verifier on projects including feasibility studies and design reports.
