Job summary
Ernest-Gordon-Recruitment-Limited is recruiting a Design Engineer to join a rapidly growing renewable energy company. You will design and develop systems from initial concept through to installation, using AutoCAD and related CAD software across commercial, industrial and domestic projects.
The role offers training, progression and a bonus, with a 37.5-hour week and a Monday–Friday schedule, commuting to Lichfield.
Qualifications
- Experience using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD software.
- Experience producing technical drawings for engineering or construction projects.
- Commutable to Lichfield.
Responsibilities
- Produce technical drawings, layouts and design packs.
- Complete performance assessments and design calculations.
- Work on commercial and industrial renewable energy projects.
- Utilise AutoCAD and specialist design software.
- Liaise with Project Managers, procurement teams and installation engineers.
- Monday-Friday, 37.5-hour week.
