Job summary

Kanadevia Inova seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee two anaerobic digestion plants in England, ensuring safe operation, regulatory compliance and financial performance. The role requires coordinating site teams, contractors and central support, with travel between Yorkshire facilities.

The successful candidate will drive plant performance, manage budgets, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while upholding PAS 110 standards and permitting requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading operational teams in AD, renewable energy, or similar industrial facilities.
• Strong knowledge of Environmental Permit compliance, PAS 110 standards and reporting processes.
• WAMITAB qualification in Anaerobic Digestion is highly desirable and IOSH Managing Safely is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe, compliant, and efficient operation of two AD facilities, with emphasis on plant performance and regulatory adherence.
• Drive budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and cost control across both sites.
• Manage site teams, contractors, and service providers with effective maintenance and inspections.
