Job summary

Alecto Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager for an Anaerobic Digestion plant in Sheppey, Kent. The role covers day-to-day operations, safety, production, maintenance and continuous improvement, with significant ownership of site performance.

You will lead the site team, manage contractors, and liaise with senior management and external stakeholders to optimise reliability, efficiency and profitability of the AD facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in anaerobic digestion is essential.
• Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
• Good understanding of health and safety in industrial plant operations.

Responsibilities
