Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a group of patients.
• Assist and contribute to the management of the haemodialysis unit/clinical area.
• Maintain high standards of quality nursing care at all times.
• Educate, develop and supervise other staff members.
• Act as a clinical role model and mentor students on placement.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs.
