Zusammenfassung

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an NMC registered renal trained nurse to join our North Devon Dialysis Unit. You will deliver patient-centred care on a 37.5 hour week with shifts 07:00–18:30, Monday to Friday, and support a 14-station unit serving up to 20 patients.

You will participate in education and training, contribute to budget planning, ensure quality systems, and lead a team while safeguarding standards and patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration haemodialysis experience.
• Strong administrative, organisational and clinical skills.
• Experience in managing others and counselling patients.

Aufgaben

• Champion best practice in patient management.
• Ensure clinic staff are recruited, supported and appraised.
• Participate in budget planning, monitor supplies and maintain Quality Management Systems.
• Support Care Quality Commission requirements.
