The regulatory landscape in Financial Services has grown more complex since 2008, with significant changes including RDR, prudential regimes, Consumer Duty, MiFID II, AIFM, UCITS, and upcoming reforms like AGBR. Navigating these requires strong regulatory knowledge and understanding of business activities, governance, and the SMCR.
This role involves shaping policy, governance, and best practices for remuneration regulation, managing compliance activities, and ensuring remuneration policies support good conduct and align with our values.
