Job summary

Pickfords is seeking a Driver/Porter based in Aldershot to support relocations for a range of sites. You will work as part of a team in a warehouse and on-site locations, with no lone-working and a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Role requires a valid UK driving licence (B1) and ability to drive manual transmission; training and PPE provided. Salary reflects experience, with full-time hours and potential overtime for deliveries and collections.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence with B1 entitlement and ability to drive manual transmission.
• Excellent spoken English and customer service skills.
• Health & safety awareness and knowledge of risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Safe and successful completion of relocation tasks.
• Carry out point of work risk assessments as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Carry out the safe assembly and disassembly of flat-pack furniture.
