Job summary

Pickfords is a fantastic national brand specialising in removals and storage, offering training, uniform and PPE, with a role based in a warehouse (Cottesmore) and travel to multiple military sites. You will be part of a team, handling relocations and loading/unloading while maintaining safety and quality.

Current salary is £25974, with working hours Mon-Thu 7:30–15:30 and Fri 7:30–14:30. Overtime may be paid for extra deliveries/collections and a pension and benefits package are provided.

• Manual Handling and Customer Service skills.

• Driving licence with “B1 entitlement” / Manual car license (essential).
• Good level of fitness.

Responsibilities

• Safe and successful completion of relocation tasks.
• Carry out point of work risk assessments as required.
• Assist in loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Carry out the safe assembly and dis-assembly of flat pack furniture.

This role is based in a warehouse (Cottesmore) and traveling to multiple military sites. With no lone working you will always be part of a great team.

Current salary: £25974

Hours Of Work

Monday to Thursday 7:30am till 3:30pm

Friday 7:30am till 14:30pm

Extra hours maybe required to carry out some deliveries / collections, overtime will be paid.
