Job summary

National Skills Agency Ltd. seeks a Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship Coach to lead delivery of apprenticeship standards and support learners toward their qualification. You will draw on a Youth Work degree, teaching qualification and assessor award to inspire progression and ensure high-quality teaching and assessment.

You will plan and deliver training, manage learner progress, and prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessments while maintaining records to meet funding and KPI requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship Standards.
• Degree in Youth Work with teaching qualification and/or assessor award.
• Knowledge of End-Point Assessment (EPA) processes and EIF requirements.
• Proficient in using e-portfolio systems.

Responsibilities

• Undertake inductions and identify training and support needs to ensure appropriate training.
• Conduct robust reviews of learners' knowledge, skills and behaviours to develop learning plans.
• Deliver apprenticeship programmes enabling learners to demonstrate required skills and behaviours.
• Prepare learners for End-Point Assessment and maintain accurate records.
