National Skills Agency Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship Coach to deliver the Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship Standard, plan learner programmes and assess progress across cohorts. This remote role requires expertise in e-portfolio systems, End-point Assessment preparation and delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment practices.

You will hold a degree in Youth Work and a teaching qualification or assessor award, with experience

Formación

Degree in Youth Work is essential.
An A1 Assessor Award or TAQA qualification preferred; may be undertaken in role.
Experience delivering Youth Support Worker Apprenticeship Standards and EPA processes.

Responsabilidades

Induct learners and identify training needs to tailor support.
Deliver apprenticeship programmes meeting the Apprenticeship Standard requirements.
Plan and monitor Off-the-Job Training and progress reviews.
Prepare learners for End-point Assessments and maintain records.
Conduct IAG sessions and ensure safeguarding and inclusion are integrated.
Maintain CPD records and participate in audits and visits.
