Job summary

hireful is seeking a remote-first Project Manager to shape transformation programmes in the Wealth Management sector. You will lead client programmes, work with senior stakeholders, and influence how delivery models scale across CRM implementations and data-driven transformations.

This role offers UK remote flexibility, a salary of £70-75K (flex) plus Bonus, Health Plan, EMI Equity, 5% Pension and 25 days holiday, with equity participation in a fast-growing consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering CRM, data migration or tech-enabled transformation projects within the Wealth Management, IFA or Financial Services landscape.
• Background in consulting or wealth management change (Big 4, boutique, vendor, or in-house FS change programmes).
• Expertise managing functional change and data migration workstreams.
