Beacon Mobility Corp. is seeking a visionary Vice President of Environmental Health & Safety to drive the enterprise safety strategy across transportation operations.

This leader will partner with Operations, Fleet, HR, Risk and Legal to reduce incidents, strengthen risk controls, and boost employee engagement across a geographically dispersed workforce. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental management, engineering, industrial hygiene, risk management, business administration, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 12+ years of progressive EHS/safety/risk/operational leadership experience, including senior leadership in a multi-site org.
• Proven success leading safety transformation, regulatory compliance, incident reduction, and culture change.

• Execute an enterprise EHS strategy aligned with business priorities, growth, and operational goals.
• Lead directors to drive safety expectations, scalable processes, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, executives, regulators, and partners.
• Drive reductions in injuries, incidents, and workers’ compensation costs.
• Oversee environmental compliance programs and regulatory affairs.
• Lead incident response, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Promote safety onboarding, certifications, training, and field coaching.
