Job summary

Top Aces is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee global EHS standardization across international aviation operations. You will establish policies, lead governance, and coordinate regional EHS activities to ensure regulatory compliance and safety excellence.

The role reports to the VP Safety, Quality, Risk and collaborates with regional teams, audits, and assurance activities to drive continuous improvement and CPA completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in aviation, industrial, or operational settings.
• Experience deploying global EHS policies across regions.
• Strong knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks and risk management.
• Proven ability to lead in matrixed, multicultural environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and govern a standardized global EHS framework across regions.
• Provide guidance to Regional EHS Coordinators and monitor alignment to global policies.
• Monitor conformance, performance, and risk trends and escalate issues through governance.
• Identify, assess, and manage EHS risks in aviation maintenance, ground operations, and related activities.
• Lead audits, inspections, and corrective/preventive action processes with evidence for assurance.
