Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form content showing understanding of TikTok and Reels.
• Proficient editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Confident filming on a phone.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form content: creator-style, talking heads, product demos, trends, lo-fi content.
• Edit for paid campaigns with hooks in the first two seconds and multiple variants.
• Turn briefs from the creative strategists into content quickly.
• Spot trends and sounds early and pitch how brands can use them.
• Help brief creators and edit their footage.
• Keep footage and assets organized.
