Job summary

SIBIE LTD Holding Group is seeking a dedicated Social Media & Video Content Creator to join our expanding team. You will produce engaging social content, shoot and edit videos, and help grow audiences across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in social media, is comfortable on camera, and can edit with CapCut, Premiere Pro or equivalent. You will work across UK, Europe, USA markets and collaborate with influencers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in social media and content creation.
• Strong hands-on experience creating and producing social media video content.
• Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera and presenting on video.
• Experience independently shooting and filming video content using smartphones and basic equipment.
• Advanced video-editing skills with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and short-form formats.
• Experience managing influencer relationships and collaborations.
• Ability to develop ideas through filming, editing and publishing.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and high-quality social media content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop creative ideas, scripts, hooks and formats based on trends and brand objectives.
• Appear on camera and present confidently in social media videos.
• Plan, shoot, and produce video content using smartphones and cameras.
• Edit short-form video content with captions, transitions, music and graphics.
• Manage day-to-day content creation from ideation to publishing and review performance.
• Support social platforms with scheduling, publishing, engagement and trend monitoring.
• Engage with online communities and respond to comments and messages as appropriate.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to secure collaborations.
• Develop content tailored for audiences in the UK, Europe and the USA.
