Job summary

ACTIVATE GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Technical Claims Handler to join our Insurance team in the United Kingdom, working remotely within the country. You will manage vehicle claims end-to-end, ensuring professional service and adherence to SLAs across a nationwide operation.

You will use bespoke software to record and update each claim, prioritise tasks, and provide timely updates to customers and managers while striving for excellent customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers, clients, 3rd parties and repairers.
• Manage vehicle claims end-to-end from instruction to completion, escalating when needed.
• Record, update and maintain information in our bespoke software and databases.
• Prioritise workload and drive progress of all claims with a high standard of service.
• Provide accurate updates to team managers and customers as required.
• Ensure SLAs are met and exceeded where possible.
• Collaborate with all parties to achieve an optimal repair journey.
