Job summary

Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is recruiting registered Adult Nurses or Paramedics for remote NHS 111 triage. You will assess callers, provide evidence‑based advice, and direct patients to the right service, day or night, using NHS Pathways.

Training is provided with career development in urgent care and safeguarding awareness emphasized. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team, handle sensitive conversations, and contribute to high‑quality patient outcomes, with hybrid/remote options and flexible

Qualifications

Registered Adult Nurse or Paramedic with at least two years post‑registration experience.
Experience in primary, urgent or emergency care preferred.
Excellent assessment, communication and clinical decision‑making skills.
Comfortable working remotely and with NHS Pathways.
Able to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

Deliver expert clinical assessment to callers and assess a wide range of conditions.
Provide safe, evidence‑based clinical advice and onward referrals as needed.
Support patients through difficult conversations with empathy and reassurance.
Guide Health Advisors during escalated calls and maintain patient safety.
Make timely clinical decisions within your scope of practice.
Collaborate with colleagues across the urgent care system to ensure continuity of care.
