Job summary

Doncasters Group is seeking a Talent Development Generalist to join our global HR team, working remotely within the UK. You’ll support talent reviews, oversee UK apprenticeships, coordinate learning activities and maintain data that underpins these processes.

You’ll bring experience in talent management or L&D, or transferable skills, and you’ll partner with Talent Directors and Communications to strengthen our internal pipeline and deliver development programmes across the business.

Qualifications

• You’ll have experience in talent management, learning and development or apprenticeship programme management, or transferable skills.
• You’ll coordinate programmes or processes and manage stakeholder relationships.
• You’ll work accurately with data to produce useful insights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the talent review cycle with assessments and succession plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and support reporting; identify trends and insights.
• Collaborate with Communications to raise awareness of the talent review process.
• Oversee UK apprenticeships and Levy, track spend and learner progress.
• Coordinate learning and development activities from planning to follow-up.
