Job summary

SINGU is seeking a Solutions and Implementation Manager to lead the delivery of Micad FM for UK clients. You will bridge sales and Customer Success, owning the journey from pre-sales to go-live, and travel monthly to client sites as needed.

The role requires strong implementation experience, SaaS know-how, and the ability to guide complex configurations. Remote within the UK with Cardiff focus and quarterly team meetups.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in implementation, technical account management, or solutions consulting in SaaS/PropTech/CAFM.
• Ability to configure and deploy software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation of Micad FM for UK customers.
• Act as technical advisor and product expert to guide configurations and troubleshoot issues.
• Drive revenue growth by scoping additional modules and services with Sales.
• Conduct Success Planning with key accounts to align objectives and outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering.
• Build repeatable delivery processes and mentor new team members.
