Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Proposal Specialist to support our global client delivery. The role is remote from the UK, with responsibilities spanning proposal development, RFP/RFI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality submissions.

You will work with SMEs to gather technical data, manage timelines, and tailor content to client needs while upholding brand standards and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Experience writing compelling, persuasive RFPs and proposals.
• Business-level English, both written and oral.
• Advanced document and presentation tool skills (Google Workspace preferred).
• Experience with content library platforms.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals with writing, editing, and review.
• Analyze RFP/RFI requirements for client compliance.
• Create proposal outlines and templates; manage document workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical data and content.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules with milestones.
• Tailor proposals to client needs and strengths.
• Review content for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
• Implement quality controls to meet standards.
• Coordinate among sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Provide insights on progress and improvement areas.
• Collect feedback and monitor market and competitor trends.
• Utilize AI to improve bid quality and efficiencies.
