Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Proposal Specialist to lead the development of high‑quality proposals for clients across the UK. You will write, edit, and review content, ensure compliance with RFP/RFI requirements, and coordinate with SMEs to gather technical data.

This role is remote from the UK and requires strong business English, excellent document and presentation skills, and the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience writing compelling RFPs and proposals.
• Business-level English, both written and oral.
• Advanced document and presentation tool skills (Google Workspace preferred).
• Experience with content library platforms.
• Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
• Creating and formatting graphical content to enhance visual impact.
• Good at meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, including writing, editing, and reviewing content.
• Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI requirements to guarantee compliance.
• Create structured proposal outlines and templates, managing workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical data and content.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules with milestones.
• Tailor proposals to emphasize company strengths for clients.
• Review and format content for consistency and brand adherence.
• Implement quality control to meet standards.
• Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Provide insights on proposal progress and areas for improvement.
• Collect feedback from submitted proposals to identify strengths and gaps.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategies.
• Incorporate the use of AI to increase efficiencies and bid quality.
