Job summary

Randstad Sourceright is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join our team. The role is remote from the UK and involves leading proposal development, ensuring compliance with RFP/RFI requirements, and coordinating inputs from multiple departments to deliver high-quality submissions.

The successful candidate will have strong writing skills, experience with content libraries, and the ability to manage tight deadlines while collaborating with sales, legal, and finance to produce compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience writing compelling, persuasive RFPs and proposals.
• Business-level English, both written and oral.
• Advanced document and presentation tool skills (Google Workspace preferred).
• Experience with content library platforms.
• Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Creating and formatting graphical content, presentations to enhance visual impact.
• Good with working toward tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, including writing, editing, and reviewing content to ensure a compelling and high-quality submission.
• Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI requirements to guarantee compliance with client specifications.
• Create structured proposal outlines and templates, managing all document workflows efficiently.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical data and content necessary for proposals.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, setting milestones and ensuring timely submission.
• Tailor proposals to emphasize the company’s strengths and align with client-specific needs.
• Review and format content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
