Qualifications

• Experience writing compelling, persuasive RFPs and proposals.
• Business-level English, both written and oral.
• Advanced document and presentation tool skills (Google Workspace preferred).
• Experience with content library platforms.
• Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience working in recruitment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, including writing, editing, and reviewing content.
• Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI requirements to guarantee compliance.
• Create structured proposal outlines and templates, managing all document workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical data and content for proposals.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules with milestones and deadlines.
• Tailor proposals to emphasize strengths and client needs.
• Review and format content for consistency and brand alignment.
• Implement quality control to meet standards.
• Facilitate communication among sales, marketing, legal, and finance.
• Provide BD with insights on proposal progress and improvements.
• Collect feedback to identify strengths and enhancements.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine strategies.
