Job summary

Pollution Monitors Ltd is seeking an Installation Engineer to install, commission and service gas detection equipment across customer sites in the UK. The role requires travel, including overnight stays when projects are distant, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

You will work under the Workshop Manager, engaging in on-site installations, documentation and training. A full driving licence, CSCS card and relevant electrical qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar installation or engineering role.
• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel (essential).
• CSCS Health & Safety card (preferred).
• 18th Edition Electrical Qualification (preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Competent computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Install gas detection equipment and associated cabling and trunking.
• Complete timesheets, job documentation and email communication.
• Participate in internal and external training as part of development plans.
