Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a senior, hands-on performance marketing specialist to lead a six‑month marketing transformation. You will dig into data to identify wastage, opportunities, and profitable growth, turning insight into action quickly.

The role focuses on Meta, Google Shopping, and Affiliates with a strong emphasis on segmentation, cohorts, propensity modelling, and profitability. Remote in the UK; some in-person meetings in Manchester or Bournemouth are optional.

Qualifications

• Extremely data-led and commercially minded.
• Strong experience in performance/growth marketing.
• Comfortable handling large product/SKU volumes.
• Analytical across products, audiences, segments and cohorts.
• AI-first in approach and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Identify wastage and opportunities across channels (Meta, Google Shopping, Affiliates).
• Analyze profitability, CPC, conversion, and margin at product-level.
• Build reporting, monitoring and alerts for marketing performance.
• Define segmentation, cohorts and propensity-based strategies.
• Own testing, measurement, and allocation of spend to profitable activity.
