Qualifications

Experience booking international flights with a travel agency
Zero-error booking mindset and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Book and issue flight reservations with zero-error accuracy using Sabre GDS
Prepare detailed airfare quotes and manage ticketing processes
Plan and quote comprehensive travel itineraries for group and individual clients
Load trip details and itineraries into Travify system
Enter and maintain all costing information in Tramada system
Collaborate with multiple team members across the agency to support their booking needs
Manage administrative tasks related to travel documentation and confirmations
Respond to booking changes and updates with quick turnaround times
