Job summary

Alimentiv is seeking a TMF Associate to manage TMF content and processes from study setup to archiving. You will collaborate with study teams to address findings and maintain organized, accessible TMF documentation.

The role involves ensuring completeness, training stakeholders as needed, and handling TMF inquiries in a cross-functional environment. Home-based with occasional office visits. Cross-listed across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Candidate will possess a college diploma/degree and 1-3 years of related experience or ongoing training.
• Understand TMF organization, implementation and archival including relevant regulations and guidance.
• Ability to apply ALCOA principles to TMF oversight.
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as TMF primary contact for assigned studies and ensure 'inspection-ready' TMF throughout study lifecycle.
• Collaborate with study teams; create study-specific TMF documents (e.g., File Index, TMF Management Plan).
• Maintain study-specific work instructions and schedule quality control inventories of TMF.
