Bimplus is seeking an experienced Timber Frame Design Engineer to work on residential house-building projects across Scotland. This remote-friendly role offers autonomy to oversee multiple projects and liaise with clients, site teams and stakeholders.

The position requires design, drafting expertise (Revit/Mitek or similar) and a track record in timber frame projects, with flexible hours and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Timber Frame Designer with experience in residential house building.
• Proficient in Revit or Mitek (or similar) for design and drafting.
• Excellent communication with clients, site teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce timber frame designs and draughts for multiple projects.
• Liaise with site supervisors, cost managers and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead projects where appropriate and oversee delivery.
