Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Design Engineer / Timber Frame Designer for hybrid work in Scotland. You will design Timber Frame elements, produce draughts, and oversee projects across multiple sites with autonomy and progression opportunities.

The role offers a £40,000-£50,000 salary plus hybrid/remote options and additional benefits. The successful candidate will have Timber Frame experience and be proficient in Revit / Mitek or similar tools, enabling effective collaboration

Qualifications

• Timber frame design experience for house-building projects.
• Experience using design tools for pre-construction drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Timber Frame design across multiple house-building projects.
• Produce draughts and designs for pre-construction stages.
• Liaise with site supervisors, cost managers and stakeholders.
