Nonsensical is seeking an Affiliate Executive to support the delivery and growth of TikTok Shop affiliate programmes for our clients. You’ll recruit creators, manage outreach, samples and incentives, and track performance to drive commercial results.

You’ll work with the Affiliate Manager and cross-functional teams to build vibrant affiliate communities, identify opportunities and maintain organised pipelines across campaigns.

Formación

• Experience communicating with and building relationships with creators or influencers.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple creator conversations, campaigns and deadlines.
• Comfortable working with data and using performance insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent written communication and confidence conducting creator outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of TikTok Shop affiliate strategies across client accounts, from cold-start launches through to established programmes.
• Help execute affiliate recruitment, activation and retention plans aligned to each client’s commercial objectives.
• Identify potential creators using TikTok Shop performance signals, Creator Levels and creator fit.
• Support the tracking of programme KPIs across affiliate activation, content volume, GMV, conversion and efficiency.
• Identify products, offers and creator propositions that drive affiliate participation and sales.
• Maintain organised affiliate pipelines across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Coordinate product sampling across affiliate campaigns, ensuring products are sent to the right creators.
