This remote contractor role focuses on detailed linguistic assessment, documenting observations, and delivering clear explanations within deadlines to help improve Thai-language models.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Thai (spoken and written).
• B2+ English proficiency for written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and evaluation criteria.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Listen to Thai audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and linguistic quality.
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and authenticity.
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues.
• Document evaluations with clear feedback in English.
• Provide explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions.
• Follow established guidelines, rubrics, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements.
• Provide linguistic insights to help improve Thai-language AI models.
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and within deadlines.
• Maintain high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
