Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks Italian bilingual experts to contribute to a language and AI training project. You will evaluate Italian audio content, assess nativeness and pronunciation, and provide clear feedback based on established guidelines.

This remote contractor role requires strong Italian proficiency, good English communication, and meticulous attention to detail. No prior AI experience is required, but you will document assessments in English and collaborate with coordinators to clarify

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian (spoken and written)
• B2+ proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic differences
• Excellent written communication skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly explain linguistic observations and evaluation decisions
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines and apply evaluation criteria consistently
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

• Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate nativeness, fluency, and overall linguistic quality
• Assess pronunciation, intonation, accent, rhythm, and linguistic authenticity
• Identify unnatural phrasing and pronunciation issues
• Document assessments in clear English
• Provide detailed explanations and justifications for evaluation decisions
• Follow established guidelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements
• Provide linguistic insights to improve AI models
• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
