• 12+ months experience in outbound telesales or similar sales role in the last three years.
• Quiet, dedicated home working environment for remote calling.
• Resilience, self-motivation, strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls, build strong customer rapport, and present tailored appliance protection plans.
• Consistently hit targets, aiming for 7–10 sales per day.
• Deliver excellent customer service while complying with all requirements.
