Overview

Remote Telesales Representative – Work from Home | Full-Time, Permanent | Mon-Fri - £24.5k Base + OTE £31k+

Ready to take your sales career to the next level? Do you have a minimum of one year’s outbound cold call/telesales experience within the last three years? Have you worked with sales targets and consistently achieved them? Are you willing to work 10:30am to 7:00pm Mon-Thu and 9:00am to 5:30pm Fri? Are you happy to work from home 100% of the time and earn good commission? If you answered yes, you can join a fast-paced, high-performing team where your talent for building rapport and closing deals will be rewarded as a telesales advisor for Domestic & General, a trusted partner to leading global brands, helping protect household appliances for nearly 9 million UK customers.

What you will do

• Engage Customers: Connect with potential customers, presenting an exciting product packed with incredible value.
• Drive Sales: Make outbound sales calls daily (apply online only).
• Hit Your Targets: Secure 7 - 10 sales a day; 90% of the team are currently achieving their goals and earning over the bonus potential.
• Stay Compliant: Maintain professionalism and adhere to regulations while delivering top-notch service.

Experience you will need

• Previous Sales Experience – 12 months of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years
• Home Office Setup – A quiet workspace where you can focus and succeed remotely
• Motivation to Exceed Targets – Passion for sales, resilience, and commitment to following best practices
