Job summary

Global Payments is seeking Telemarketing Executives to drive new business from home in the UK. You’ll conduct cold calls to SMEs, introduce payments solutions, and book appointments for our field agents. You’ll qualify leads, maintain CRM data, and pursue targets with uncapped commissions (OTE 40k).

Training is provided with a three-week elite coaching program in Manchester. Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year in telemarketing, CRM/dialer proficiency, and a resilient, self-motivated mindset

Qualifications

• 1 year of telemarketing/cold-calling with proven target achievement.
• Training provided with 3 weeks of elite sales coaching at Manchester hub.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently from home.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to target SMEs and introduce TakePayments' products and services.
• Schedule appointments for field agents based on client needs and solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data quality for handovers.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
