Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Telecommunications Access Planning and Delivery Specialist to design, plan and deliver customer telecom solutions across the Vodafone network. You will manage complex access-planning activities, process service orders, coordinate with suppliers and translate customer requirements into deliverable network services.

You will support major customer projects, resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service

Qualifications

• Experience in telecommunications environment.
• Clear understanding of technologies used to design and deliver network solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain technical information clearly.
• Ability to manage complex workloads across multiple systems and meet deadlines.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills; root-cause investigation.
• Work collaboratively with sales, delivery, suppliers and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when processing orders.
• Must hold SC clearance or be eligible to obtain it; willing to undergo vetting.
• Must complete criminal record and financial background checks.
