Job summary

Canadian Solar is seeking an Engineer, Technical Support for EP Cube Energy Storage. The role involves providing in-house advice and premium service to customers, supporting residential energy storage system design and installation queries, and coordinating with sales, product management, and HQ teams across Europe.

A strong electrical engineering background and PV/storage experience are required, with fluent English and a driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable.
• 3+ years in sales engineering, technical sales, or product management.
• Experience with PV modules and energy storage systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support and first-level contact for contract questions.
• Assist sales managers with site visits, product presentations, and trainings.
• Support PV project design and proposal development using PV simulation tools.
• Collaborate with Product Management and HQ teams on technical sales tools and documentation.
