Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee Guardian Mobile deployments for strategic customers. The role is primarily remote with occasional office and site visits.

You will bridge operations and technical delivery, guiding the strategy and coordinating a delivery team including business analysts and QA engineers. Responsibilities include capturing requirements, designing solutions, planning resources, and ensuring on-time deployment and customer sign-off, reporting to

Qualifications

• Formal qualification in Computing Science or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering large, complex software solutions to major customers.
• Proven leadership of virtual teams and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of AGILE project management principles (certification preferred).
• Experience with MDT / Mobilisation operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document customer requirements including business and technical analysis.
• Produce and agree a solution design with the customer.
• Create a resourced project plan and align with the customer.
• Lead development, testing, deployment, and sign-off of the solution.
• Maintain project RAID log, RFCs and related documents; manage relationships.
