Job summary

Aster Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technical Contracts Advisor within our Estates team. You will work with Regional Service Delivery Managers and Estates Supervisors to support delivery of estate contracts across communal spaces, blocks and assets.

This role involves coordinating quotations and repairs, handling queries from customers and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and environmental legislation. Flexible/home-based option.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience within estates services is essential.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft applications and GIS.
• Knowledge of environmental, health and safety and waste disposal legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of estate contracts and records.
• Coordinate quotations and repairs; maintain contract files.
• Provide technical background support to customers, colleagues, and contractors.
• Ensure work complies with relevant legislation, standards and safety requirements.
• Assist with performance reporting through business systems.
