Job summary

West London NHS Trust is seeking an Estates Contracts Coordinator to manage maintenance contracts, contractor performance and procurement across multiple London sites. You will work with senior Estates managers to ensure compliance, value for money and efficient service delivery.

The role includes coordinating contract reporting, supervising admin staff, and ensuring timely procurement of service contracts to maintain compliance and best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, procurement or estates services.
• Strong organisational skills and analytical ability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of estates engineering and maintenance services.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of all Estates contracts and the contract register across all London sites.
• Support Senior Estates Managers in collating and producing Contract reporting and monitoring for Estates activities.
• Organise and negotiate contractual issues and use existing contracts efficiently to ensure service delivery.
• Coordinate allocation of contractor escorts to contractors per the agreed method and security principle.
• Supervise administration staff, ensure repairs are allocated to contractors, control costs and maintain accurate records.
