Job summary

Flipper is seeking a Technical Project Manager to orchestrate the BUSY product team’s work, coordinating across product, engineering, design, and operations. The role turns ideas into actionable plans, structured tasks, and predictable delivery in a fast-growing hardware/software company.

You will drive sprint planning, manage dependencies, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical PM/Delivery/Project Manager/Product Operations role at a tech product company
• Experience in product or engineering teams, not just admin
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience and sprint management
• Experience owning a product/project from scoping to release
• Experience writing requirements, user scenarios, acceptance criteria, and tasks for engineering/design
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams and external stakeholders
• Experience with vendors/contractors/operational functions
• Solid understanding of SDLC from requirements to release
• Basic understanding of hardware, firmware, mobile and backend interactions
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to drive decisions to closure
• Self-driven, proactive, able to resolve organizational issues
• Upper-Intermediate English for international teamwork
• Experience with Jira/Linear/Notion/Confluence

Responsibilities

• Organize the team’s sprint work: planning, breakdown, prioritization, tracking completion
• Translate requirements and decisions into clear tasks for engineering and design
• Track deadlines, dependencies, blockers, and agreements among participants
• Keep backlog, roadmap, documentation, and task statuses up to date
• Document product/technical decisions, requirements, outcomes, and next steps
• Coordinate work across product, engineering, design, and operations teams
• Run regular team syncs and follow up on decisions executed
• Manage changes in requirements and assess timeline/scope impact
• Coordinate operational matters with vendors, contractors, legal, and finance
• Proactively identify risks and escalation issues affecting timelines or quality
