Job summary

Flipper is seeking a Head of Mobile to lead the BUSY App across Apple and Android platforms. Based in our Design District office in London, you will drive engineering quality, set technical direction, and build a scalable mobile organization that ships features quickly without sacrificing user experience.

You’ll work with Product, Design, and Management to shape features, improve UX details, and enable future monetization through mobile experiences.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Russian.
• Strong experience leading mobile engineering teams delivering consumer mobile products.
• Deep expertise in Swift and Apple ecosystem with solid understanding of Android architecture and Kotlin.
• Experience defining engineering processes and maintaining high quality in fast-moving product teams.
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, networking, and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobile engineering team across iOS, Android, macOS, watchOS, and Wear OS.
• Build engineering processes balancing speed with quality and release reliability.
• Drive architecture and technical decisions for the mobile platform.
• Partner with Product Design and Product Management to shape features and UX.
• Support the BUSY ecosystem roadmap and monetization through mobile experiences.
