Job summary

The Arcticrd (ARD) seeks a Technical Project Manager to drive delivery across multi-disciplinary hardware projects from prototyping to fielded systems. You will own planning, tracking, and de-risking across firmware, electronics, and mechanical streams, ensuring milestones and commitments are met in a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or adjacent discipline.
• 4+ years proven experience in Technical Engineering Project Management across multiple concurrent hardware projects, ideally in defence/aerospace/regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD, UK DEFSTAN, and NATO STANAG requirements shaping planning and qualification timelines.
• Comfort operating across TRL levels from rapid prototyping to production-grade delivery.
• Start-up mentality: comfortable with ambiguity, resourceful, and hands-on.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and delivery tracking across firmware, electronics, mechanical, and testing work streams.
• Translate product strategy into executable projects with clear milestones and owners.
• Maintain visibility of dependencies, risks, decisions, and resourcing gaps across multiple products.
• Manage BOMs and supplier relationships; track materials deliveries.
• Lead pilots, migrations, rollouts, and operational handoffs.
