Gravitas Recruitment Group (Global) Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Systems Analyst to support a major housing association’s live environment, drive system upgrades, and ensure smooth operations across key projects.

You will work autonomously, translate business needs into configurations, manage change, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement aligned with industry standards. This 12-month FTC role is remote with occasional site travel and expenses paid.

Qualificações

• Experience configuring applications, designing workflows and building forms.
• Ability to work autonomously in a busy environment.
• Strong stakeholder communication with operational teams.
• Knowledge of repairs, maintenance, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with low-level system configurations and change processes.

Responsabilidades

• Work with operational teams to understand needs and translate requirements into system configurations and workflows.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining systems, including mobile apps used by field operatives, ensuring regulatory and business needs are met.
• Manage change requests, prioritise actions, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support knowledge transfer and training activities, helping teams adapt to system updates and new processes.
• Conduct system testing, support configuration building, and troubleshoot issues to maintain operational integrity.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and end-users, ensuring all parties are informed and expectations are managed.
• Participate in regular meetings and provide feedback to refine system functionality and improve efficiency.
