Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a scientific field.
• Experience troubleshooting & maintaining complex instrumentation.
• Knowledge of HPLC, GC, MS instruments and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for instrument repairs via phone/video.
• Coordinate with Field Service team for site visits and updates.
• Travel on-site with Field Service teams for installations and training.
• Identify areas for process/product improvement.
